This morning we both had doctor appointments in San Carlos, and when we arrived to the bridge of Mataojo stream, we could not cross as it had overflown. Went back to take the other route, but a few km later the Pintado stream had burst its banks! Went back home and changed the appointments for next week... as I did not have the camera, we returned an hour later, the flow was a more calm, and the water was lower, however the pictures talk by themselves.
Ce matin nous avions rendez vous chez des medecins à San Carlos, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés au pont du ruisseau Mataojo, nous avons dû rebrousser chemin car il avait débordé et le courant était fort... même Christian n'a pas osé traverser! On a essayé de prendre l'autre route, mais quelques kms plus loin, le ruisseau Pintado, débordait également. Nous sommes rentrés à la maison changé les rendez vous et comme nous n'avions pas l'appareil de photo sur nous, nous sommes retournés une heure après, le courant était plus calme et l'eau descendait, mais les photos parlent d'elles mêmes!
